Description of Service

Cent Track is a personal finance and budget tracking tool that lets you manually record accounts, transactions, budgets, savings goals, and bill reminders. Cent Track does not connect to your bank, does not move or hold real money on your behalf, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All financial figures in the app are self-reported by you and are for personal tracking purposes only.

Accounts & Guest Mode

• You may use Cent Track as a guest, in which case your data is tied to an anonymous, device-based session.
• You may create an account with an email and password, or upgrade a guest session into a full account at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Your Responsibilities

• Use Cent Track only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend services.
• Do not use the app to store or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Cent Track (accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, bills, and any profile photo). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Deleting your account permanently removes this data and cannot be undone.

Advertising

Cent Track may display advertisements served through Google AdMob to support the app. Advertising is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

No Financial Advice / Disclaimer

Cent Track is provided for informational and personal organizational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cent Track and its developer(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data or reliance on figures displayed within the app.

Termination

You may stop using Cent Track and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
