Cent Track ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal finance and budget tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Cent Track is built for individual, personal use — it is not a bank, a financial institution, or a provider of financial advice.
Cent Track stores the data you choose to enter directly in the app. We do not connect to your bank or pull financial data from any external source — everything is entered manually by you. This includes:
You can use Cent Track without providing any personal information by continuing as a guest. In this mode, an anonymous identifier is created so your data can be saved and synced to your device, without being tied to an email address or name. You can upgrade a guest session to a full account at any time without losing your data.
We do not sell your personal or financial information to anyone, and we do not use your financial data for advertising targeting.
Cent Track relies on the following third-party services to operate:
Your data is stored in Google Firebase and is only accessible to your account. Access to your data requires authentication, and each account can only read and write its own data. Photos are stored as part of your account record and are never uploaded to a public file host.
Cent Track is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.
